
Pasta with olive oil/Pasta aglio e olio/Паста Алиоли
Pasta aglio e olio is a traditional Italian dish. It is coming from Campania, Calabria. Ingredients
- 400 grams Tagliatelle
- 2 tbsp olive oil pomace /it is no good to cook only with extra virgin. Exra virgin is better to eat it in salads or raw dishes.
- 2 cloves garlic prefer bulgarian or french garlic, not chinese
- 1 stalk basil Green local stuff ( if you have delicious basil, put basil. If you have delicious dill, put dill .)
- 1 tbsp salt prefer bulgarian salt, instead of Himalayan. Himalayan pink salt is good for salads and soups
- 2* tbsp black pepper if you have a strong stomach put three tbsp of black pepper.
- 1 tbsp red pepper sweet pepper /in bulgarian is "червен сладък пипер" It is prepared for dried sweet red pepper
Instructions
- Take the pot and put it on heat.
- Put the garlic for three minutes. Take it off the pot.
- Put the green stuff, put the salt, put some bacon if you want meat, but it is totally not necessary.
- Put the olive oil, and a little bit of green pepper and the red sweet pepper. Put the pasta. Make a round move with the pot.
- At the end get back the garlic.Put it in a hot plate, and give it to your woman/man/guest hot with a glass of delicious red wine.
